It's commonly applied in insulation projects such as: tank and tank base, pipeline, vessel, equipment, cryogenic ship, etc, for petroleum, chemical, refrigeration, underground projects, shipbuilding, national defense and residential construction industries. It can can be applied in severe environment like: low & cryorgenic / hot temperature, underground, outdoors, flammable, wet, and chemical etc.
Packing and Storage
①Using foam paper to separate each product, carton as outer packing, special requirement is available according to request.
②During transportation, cartons should keep tightly closed, stacks keeps upright to protect from collision, reinforcement can be applied if necessary.
③Store in weatherproofing, dry and ventilated environment.
Application and Considerations
①Cellular glass is fragile, shall not place heavy goods on top, no more than 6 layers stack is preferred, shall be handled gently, avoid rolling or collision;
②Strap cellular glass segments by stainless steel band when applied in pipe/equipment insulation;
③During construction, if needs it can be cut to shape by saw.
